Job Description
Pathward is seeking a Risk Analyst Program Manager to support the development, implementation, and oversight of the organization's Risk BSA/AML Program. The Risk Analyst will report and assess risks, develop and analyze reports, and contribute to the remediation of items identified through exams and audits.
What this role involves:
- Critically evaluate exam and audit outcomes.
- Design and communicate requirements of remediation efforts.
- Design and manage the implementation of risk management processes.
- Develop and deliver BSA/AML training programs.
- Ensure adherence to BSA/AML policies and procedures.
- Assist in the oversight of the risk management program.
- Monitor, review, and develop risk reports.
- Perform problem management and resolution.
- Act as a subject matter expert in designated Risk discipline.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- CAMS certification preferred.
- Knowledge of BSA/AML regulations and at least eight years of related experience.
- Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
