Job Description
DoorDash is seeking a Manager of SMB Restaurant Success to lead and develop a team of Partner Managers. This role involves achieving regional goals, growing the merchant side of the DoorDash marketplace business, and improving team working practices. The Manager will support retention and relationship building with strategic merchant partners and report to the Ontario Manager within the Canadian SMB Restaurant Success Organization. This position is based in Toronto and follows a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of account managers to grow merchant relationships.
- Influence Merchant Operations, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, and Sales teams.
- Develop business opportunities and new products in the region.
- Analyze the costs and benefits of merchant programs.
- Forecast and evaluate OKR achievement.
- Experiment with data and customer feedback.
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, business development, sales, operations, technology, or analytics.
- 3+ years of experience coaching or developing Individual Contributors and a Sales Team.
- Experience in a client-facing or account management role.
- Experience connecting regional team members across a larger mission.
- Experience in the restaurant industry, small and medium business sales, or high-growth tech startups.
