Job Description
Forge Health is seeking a passionate and dedicated Clinic Director to join their growing team in West Orange, NJ. The Clinic Director will work directly with the Executive Director to build a best-in-class clinical program, delivered in person and via telehealth, to treat addiction and mental health conditions. This is a primarily in-person role that requires a minimum of two evening shifts per week.
Role Involves:
- Directly managing, supporting, and developing clinicians and interns.
- Ensuring clinical compliance with accreditation and licensing standards.
- Developing and implementing new evidence-based programs.
- Creating training and programming for IOP and OP services.
- Managing a program budget and expenses.
- Facilitating intensive outpatient (IOP) and traditional outpatient programs.
- Assessing and diagnosing clients for substance abuse and mental health needs.
- Maintaining treatment plans and documenting counseling services.
- Providing crisis intervention and other functions as needed.
Requirements:
- Valid, unrestricted license in New Jersey as an independently licensed mental health professional (i.e. LCSW, LPC, Psy.D., Ph.D., LMFT).
- Minimum 3 years' experience working with SUDs/MH required.
- Minimum 3 years' supervisory/management experience strongly preferred.
