Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Forge Health is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join their growing team in Princeton, NJ. Forge Health is dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable, and effective mental health and substance use care. The therapist will provide best-in-class mental health services via telehealth and in-person, treating addiction and mental health conditions. This role reports to the Clinic Director.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitates outpatient and intensive outpatient programs.
• Conducts individual and family therapy.
• Assesses clients for co-occurring and mental health needs.
• Completes initial assessments and determines appropriate level of care.
• Develops and maintains treatment plans.
• Provides crisis intervention as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid, unrestricted license in New Jersey as a LCSW or similar (LSW, LAC, LPC, or LMFT).
• Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Minimum of two evening shifts per week.
