Requirements:
- 3–6 years of brand or visual design experience.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling and strategic thinking.
- Hands-on experience in creating digital marketing assets and scalable design systems.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ship at speed.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to present and communicate design rationale.
