Delivery Manager for Sportsbook Team

Job Description

GR8 Tech is seeking a Delivery Manager for the Sportsbook Team. The Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing projects, coordinating tasks, and ensuring project objectives align with company goals. They will maintain communication with clients and stakeholders, manage expectations, and provide progress updates. The role involves building and supporting a high-performing Delivery Team, assigning responsibilities, and driving results.

• Managing BU-level projects, including planning and execution
• Coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources across teams
• Facilitating requirement gathering and change management
• Maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders
• Building and guiding a high-performing Delivery Team
• Ensuring delivery quality in collaboration with QA teams

Requirements:

• Experience in project management and delivery
• Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Monday, etc.
• Experience in tech and software development
• Knowledge of SDLC and project frameworks (Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, Hybrid, Spotify, etc.)
• Experience with iGaming and betting is a plus
• English (B2–C1), fluent in Ukrainian or Russian
