Customer Architect - Israel

Job Description

Elastic is seeking a Customer Architect in Israel to drive the adoption and expansion of its solutions. The Customer Architect will serve as a trusted technical advisor, working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success. This role involves defining technical success criteria, crafting technical success plans, and providing technical guidance to customers.

The Customer Architect will collaborate with account teams, understand customer business needs, and identify opportunities for expansion. They will also work to eliminate technical frictions and promote the smooth adoption of Elastic solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Observability, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Search, as well as experience with cloud-based software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the account team to provide technical coverage and support.
• Define the technical success plan for each customer.
• Ensure a successful technical customer journey, from onboarding to adoption.
• Understand and articulate the value proposition of Elastic solutions.
• Work closely with customers to identify and eliminate technical frictions.
• Liaise between customers and support to ensure an optimized support resolution experience.
• Collaborate with the Service Team to deliver personalized solutions.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the customer's business needs.
• Find opportunities for expansion.
• Foster ongoing customer relationships.
• Continuously review and assess customer consumption of Elastic solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Current valid Security Clearance is required for this role.
• Experience in a similar role such as Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Pre-sales Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with Elastic solutions or equivalent technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong social skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
