Job Description
Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Customer Engineer to ensure the technical success of new customers in Spain. This role involves proactively engaging with customers, providing technical guidance, and identifying friction points to improve the customer journey. The Customer Engineer will also contribute to knowledge base articles and webinars.
    Role involves:
  • Serving as a technical point of contact for Elastic customers.
  • Triaging and addressing customer requests.
  • Providing technical, architectural, and best practice guidance.
  • Identifying customer friction points and providing feedback.
  • Authoring knowledge base articles and delivering webinars.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • A track record of technical success in a customer-facing environment.
  • Ability to articulate the benefits of modern platforms and technologies.
  • Self-starter with analytical skills to improve customer engagement.
  • Willingness to learn Elastic’s offerings and their business applications.
  • Ability to inspire groups and learn new technologies quickly.
  • Background as an engineer or developer.
