TOP Sample Coordinator

Job Description

Fashion Nova is seeking a Top of Production Coordinator to manage product samples. The Coordinator will be responsible for processing and tracking all product samples from start to finish as they move through the TOP department. Fashion Nova is known for its fast-paced environment and trend-driven approach, so the ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the company continues to exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and sort daily influx of TOP samples.
• Scan each style into the database and monitor vendor compliance.
• Stage and prioritize samples for Buyer’s approval.
• Provide daily updates on TOP status and prioritize TOP approvals for Fast-Track products.
• Review the TOP sample against the NetSuite style page, noting any discrepancies and pending testing reports not yet received.
• Enter fiber content, COO, and verify all other information within Shopify.
• Log TOP approvals|rejections on a timely basis.
• Support the Buying|Product Development|Quality Control|Vendor Management team(s) to locate TOP samples when needed.
• Assist in the TOP Library and sample archives as needed.

Requirements:

• A minimum of one year of experience in Quality Control or other disciplines in the fashion industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, G-Suite, and other Internet applications.
• Problem solving skills with ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and embrace rapid change.
• Able to manage large volumes of samples that can weigh up to thirty pounds.
• Professionally effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to proofread and correct inconsistencies.
• Comprehension of apparel and accessory terminology.
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and reorder workload within a dynamic environment.
• High School Diploma|GED.
