Job Description
The company is seeking a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to drive product development for its Web3 portfolio companies. Reporting to the CEO/Founder, the TPM will deliver innovative software and decentralized solutions, collaborating with teams across Asia.

Role involves:
  • Defining and executing product vision and roadmaps.
  • Partnering with developers, engineers, and stakeholders.
  • Managing end-to-end product development cycles.
  • Converting technical concepts into product requirements.
  • Prioritizing initiatives and providing progress updates.
  • Gathering feedback and managing expectations.
  • Integrating emerging Web3 technologies.
  • Maintaining compliance and ethical practices.
  • Tracking key performance indicators.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years in product management with technical products or Web3/blockchain.
  • Strong knowledge of software development and Web3 technologies.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects with distributed teams.
  • Ability to align product initiatives with business objectives.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Commitment to ethical practices and compliance.
