Job Description

Isaac is seeking a Business Analyst II (Funnel Intelligence) to join their team in São Paulo. Isaac is the largest financial solutions platform for schools in Brazil. The company empowers institutions by offering guaranteed revenue and providing more flexible payment options for families. Isaac's goal is to facilitate financial management, eliminating headaches and allowing schools to focus on their mission of educating.

The Business Analyst will be part of the growth structure, ensuring high-performance deliveries in an ambiguous and uncertain context. They will structure initiatives to improve operations based on historical data, market information, and operational limits. The role involves translating insights into clear actionables and robust processes, identifying problems through an analytical approach to increase sales performance.

• Composing a team within the growth structure, ensuring high-performance deliveries in an ambiguous and highly uncertain context.
• Structuring initiatives to improve operations based on historical data, market information, and considering operational limits.
• Translating insights into clear actionables and robust processes, identifying problems through an analytical approach that increases sales performance.
• Building processes from scratch, optimizing the use of tools and tracking success metrics.
• Managing projects across a variety of topics and dealing with people with different backgrounds simultaneously (sales, BDR, SDR, marketing, operations).
• Communicating clearly with stakeholders and leadership, with the ability to influence and actively listen, to incorporate learnings from the areas and support strategic decisions.

Requirements:

• Enjoys learning and wants to be part of a winning team.
• Has ease in taking plans off paper, transforming improvement ideas into operational activities with clear responsibilities and metrics.
• Has no difficulty organizing and prioritizing actions even when dealing with multiple projects at the same time.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Direct communication: is an active communicator and attentive listener.
• Deals well with constant changes.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate assertively and influentially with stakeholders.
• Sense of urgency and responsibility and is an organized and proactive person.
