Job Description
Isaac is seeking a BDR III to focus on new business development. Isaac is the largest financial solutions platform for schools, providing guaranteed revenue and flexible payment options. The company aims to simplify financial management, allowing schools to focus on education.
The BDR III will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging with new colleges, contributing to Isaac's mission of transforming Brazilian education.
Responsibilities include:
- Mapping new colleges and identifying key decision-makers.
- Conducting proactive outreach via email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and cold calls.
- Studying the context and challenges of each institution to personalize outreach.
- Qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for closers.
- Collaborating with marketing, sales, and enablement teams.
- Maintaining the CRM (Salesforce) with updated information.
- Analyzing performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hunter profile with energy and passion for challenges.
- Ownership mindset with autonomy and focus on results.
- Strong organizational skills and process orientation.
- Experience with outbound prospecting and B2B sales (minimum 2 years).
- Familiarity with prospecting automation tools and CRM (Salesforce or similar).
- Curiosity and a desire for continuous learning.
- Active listening, empathy, and a collaborative spirit.
- Proficiency in qualification frameworks (SPIN, GPCT, BANT).
