Job Description
Gong is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide exceptional support to customers and create #ravingfans. The Technical Support Engineer will be at the forefront of the Gong customer experience, providing consultative support via email, web, and phone. They will master Gong products and provide integration expertise for 3rd party solutions.

Responsibilities include:
  • Providing exceptional support via email, web, and/or phone.
  • Mastering Gong products and providing integration expertise.
  • Building internal relationships and collaborating with Engineering.
  • Representing the Voice of the Customer with Success, Sales, and Product teams.
  • Creating innovative resources to equip and educate customers and peers.

Requirements include:
  • 2+ years of relevant customer-facing experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Previous B2B SaaS or enterprise software experience.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
  • Technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Technical experience with Dialer/Telephony/Web Conferencing platforms.
  • Technical experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, API developer support, or programming languages (preferred).
