Job Description
Integrated Specialty Coverages (ISC) is seeking a Complex Loss Specialist for Golden State Claims Services. This role involves adjusting complex, high-exposure losses, providing analysis to senior executives, and leading strategic discussions. The ideal candidate will contribute to a collaborative environment, build relationships with internal and external customers, and ensure compliance with fair claims practices.

Role Involves:
  • Adjusting complex and high-exposure losses.
  • Providing analysis and presentations to Senior Executives.
  • Leading strategic roundtable discussions.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, underwriters, and agents.
  • Investigating facts of loss and securing supporting documentation.
  • Assigning and monitoring defense counsel.
  • Evaluating and setting reserves.
  • Preparing written reports.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent claims management experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of construction liability claims experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years litigation management experience preferred.
  • Active claims adjuster license.
  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
