Job Description

Diligent Robotics is seeking a Part-Time Clinical Robot Associate to join their team in Tacoma, WA. In this role, the associate will work alongside hospital staff and the engineering team, assisting a fleet of robots and upholding the highest standards for safe clinical use in real-world hospital environments. This is a part-time, entry-level role, averaging three 8-hour shifts per week.Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and safely assisting mobile service robots in a hospital environment
• Collecting data and troubleshooting in a variety of real-world situations, while simultaneously providing detailed and accurate feedback to our engineers
• Prioritizing the customer experience, ensuring their expectations are always met or exceeded
• Communicating with hospital staff and, occasionally, the public regarding robot operation

Requirements:

• High school graduate or possess a GED
• Customer-service oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communicator
• Organized and self-sufficient
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Able to work varying shift times including nights and weekends
• Willing to work during significant holidays
• Willing to be vendor credentialed
