BarkleyOKRP is seeking a Senior Project Manager to be the hub of the agency's operations. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for driving meaningful solutions to business problems and enabling creativity. They will work with talented individuals in the industry.Role involves:
- Planning and managing project deliverables across multiple projects and brands.
- Allocating and managing resources by project and account.
- Maintaining and reporting on project plans and status.
- Scheduling and leading internal and external status meetings.
- Tracking key decisions and prioritization.
- Contributing to the fiscal responsibility of assigned brands.
- Ensuring project objectives and deliverables are clearly documented and delivered.
- Supporting teams to define and measure project success.
- Assisting with training and onboarding new Brand Operations partners.
- Guiding the adoption and adherence of new/existing processes and standards agency wide.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience required.
- Experience managing schedules with multiple dependencies and stakeholders.
- Passion for empowering partners and clients with process improvement.
- Professional presentation skills and strong personal presence.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a service-minded attitude.
- Cross-media experience preferred.
- PMP, Six-sigma, ScrumMaster certifications are desirable.
- Positivity, high energy, and a high-level of confidence.
- Ability to build productive relationships quickly.
- Excellent analytics mentality.
