Donorbox, a leading fundraising platform, is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative. This role involves generating and qualifying leads for the Account Executive team, creating a positive first impression for prospective clients, and articulating the value proposition of Donorbox. The position offers growth opportunities within the sales team and a collaborative, innovative work environment.
  • Creating lasting first impressions of Donorbox
  • Creating cold calling and email campaigns
  • Partnering with the account executive team

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 0-2 years of cold calling or direct sales experience
  • Experience with CRM or sales enablement tools (Hubspot, Outreach, etc.)
  • High Agency and drive to succeed
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized and adaptable
  • Coachable and resilient
  • Exceptional listening skills
