Donorbox, a leading fundraising platform, is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative. This role involves generating and qualifying leads for the Account Executive team, creating a positive first impression for prospective clients, and articulating the value proposition of Donorbox. The position offers growth opportunities within the sales team and a collaborative, innovative work environment.
- Creating lasting first impressions of Donorbox
- Creating cold calling and email campaigns
- Partnering with the account executive team
- Discovering new leads
- Managing prospecting status and data integrity
- Identifying champions and key stakeholders
- Meeting key performance metrics
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 0-2 years of cold calling or direct sales experience
- Experience with CRM or sales enablement tools (Hubspot, Outreach, etc.)
- High Agency and drive to succeed
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized and adaptable
- Coachable and resilient
- Exceptional listening skills
