Job Description
Notion is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join its founding sales team in Dublin. The Account Executive will play a crucial role in defining the sales motion, shaping the product, and driving revenue. This role focuses on the DACH market.What This Role Involves:
  • Prospecting and developing new potential accounts.
  • Closing new Enterprise logos within the DACH territory.
  • Conducting face-to-face and Zoom meetings with prospective customers.
  • Running product demos.
  • Building playbooks and defining the sales motion.
  • Liaising with the user base to provide customer experience.
Skills Required:
  • 5+ years of full cycle sales experience at a software company.
  • A track record of high achievement, meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Fluency in both English and German.
  • Experience working with customers/users within the DACH market.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • A positive and open-minded attitude.
  • A builder's mentality and ability to thrive in collaborative environments.
  • Ability to operate within ambiguity and find creative solutions.

  • Experience as an early sales hire at a fast-growing start-up.
  • Strong technical skills.
  • Direct sales experience plus experience of selling through Partners.
  • Experience of quarterly sales planning.
