Job Description
Mirakl, the global leader in platform business innovation, is seeking an Indirect Procurement to join its team. This role is based in either Paris or Bordeaux. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various indirect procurement categories and acting as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders.
Role involves:
- Taking ownership of Travel, Facility Management, Professional Services, Sales, Marketing & Communication categories.
- Providing expertise in spend analysis, KPI definition, and category management.
- Leading end-to-end sourcing processes (RFIs/RFPs).
- Driving negotiations with suppliers to secure improved terms and manage contract renewals.
- Developing business cases and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models.
- Collaborating with the Workplace Manager for Travel and Facility services.
- Coordinating stakeholders to ensure compliance.
- Fostering partnerships with G&A teams and business stakeholders.
- Contributing to the rollout of the new Procure-to-Pay process and procurement tools.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Purchasing.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in procurement.
- Outstanding negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and project management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Interest in AI and digital tools.
