Mirakl is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in either Paris or Bordeaux, France. This role is pivotal in building Mirakl's Labs and G&A teams, emphasizing quality at every stage of the recruitment process. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will act as a business partner to hiring managers, challenging their needs, providing market expertise, and actively contributing to defining the profiles sought.
Responsibilities include:
- Acting as a business partner to managers, challenging their needs and providing market expertise.
- Ensuring a rigorous, structured, and efficient recruitment process.
- Providing rigorous and personalized follow-up to each application.
- Contributing to employer branding efforts.
Requirements:
- Significant experience (minimum 4 years) in recruitment.
- Proficiency in reports and an ATS.
- Strong relationship skills with Hiring Managers.
- Team spirit, energy, and a desire to contribute to an ambitious project.
