Job Description
Mirakl is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in either Paris or Bordeaux, France. This role is pivotal in building Mirakl's Labs and G&A teams, emphasizing quality throughout the recruitment process. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will act as a business partner to hiring managers, offering market expertise and contributing to defining ideal candidate profiles.
Role Involves:
- Challenging managers on their needs and providing market expertise.
- Ensuring a structured and efficient recruitment process using the STAR method.
- Providing rigorous and personalized follow-up to each candidate.
- Contributing to employer branding efforts and tracking KPIs.
Requirements:
- Significant experience (minimum 4 years) in recruitment, ideally in a scale-up or start-up environment.
- Proficiency in reports and ATS, with the ability to propose recruitment actions.
- Strong relationship-building skills with Hiring Managers.
- Team spirit, energy, and a desire to contribute to an ambitious project.
