• Supporting day-to-day HR operations.
• Assisting with onboarding processes.
• Maintaining and updating employee data in HR systems.
• Administering employee benefits and supporting internal communication.
• Contributing to employee surveys.
• Building and maintaining HR reports and documentation.
• Improving HR processes and implementing new tools.
• Assisting with general operations-related topics.

Requirements:

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a related field.
• Availability to work 16-20 hours per week.
• Structured and detail-oriented mindset.
• Hands-on attitude and ability to work independently.
• Interest in HR topics.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• German is a plus.
• Previous HR experience is an advantage.
