Discord is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join their Technical Recruiting team. This role is crucial for building and scaling Discord's technical functions, supporting areas like core technology, product engineering, and data teams. The Senior Technical Recruiter will report to the Technical Recruiting Manager.This role involves:

• Supporting hiring across multiple technical teams.
• Managing both high-volume and senior-level searches.
• Influencing and coaching stakeholders on effective interview processes.
• Designing and implementing effective hiring processes.
• Conducting predictive analysis based on historical data.
• Ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment journey.
• Partnering effectively with various internal teams.

Discord requires candidates to have:

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with demonstrated success in technical roles.
• Ability to break down complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Experience influencing and guiding cross-functional leaders.
• Proficiency in leveraging recruitment data to identify trends.
• Expert ability to manage difficult negotiations.
• Experience designing and optimizing recruitment frameworks.
