Job Description
OpenEye is seeking an Associate Sales Development Representative to join their sales team. OpenEye provides video security, business intelligence, and loss prevention solutions. The ASDR will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads, building relationships with potential customers, and setting up meetings for account executives. This role is based onsite at OpenEye's headquarters in Liberty Lake, WA.
Role involves:
- Identifying and researching potential customers.
- Conducting outbound calls, emails, and social media messages.
- Qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for the account executive team.
- Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system (Salesforce).
- Developing and implementing effective outreach strategies.
- Following up with prospects.
- Providing regular reports on lead generation activities.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role (tech sector preferred).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of the sales process.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach).
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
