The Wow is seeking a Data QA Engineer to play a key role in ensuring reliable and accurate data. The Data QA Engineer will focus on implementing data quality specific aspects within the data governance strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain data quality monitoring frameworks.
- Generate insightful reports and support Data Stewards.
- Design and develop automated data quality validation scripts.
- Define and monitor key data quality metrics.
- Conduct root cause analysis of data quality issues.
- Collaborate with tech teams and product owners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data quality.
- Strong understanding of data quality methodologies.
- Experience in defining and implementing data quality controls.
- Strong experience in SQL and Python.
- Familiarity with Data Integration tools such as Apache NiFi and orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
