Carrot Fertility is seeking a Director of Content and Demand Marketing to lead its demand generation, content, and digital engagement strategies. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, attracting new customers, and nurturing existing relationships through a multi-channel approach. The Director will lead a team responsible for demand generation campaigns, SEO, content strategy, and social media, ensuring digital efforts align with business objectives and accelerate growth. They will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and other Carrot teams to drive impact.Responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of specialists across SEO, demand generation, content marketing, and social media.
- Developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.
- Managing the content marketing strategy and authoring various content assets.
- Collaborating with other marketing leaders, sales, and customer success teams.
- Optimizing digital campaigns across paid and organic channels.
- Providing strategic oversight for email marketing and lead nurture programs.
- Leading the development of engaging digital experiences like webinars and virtual events.
- Managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
Minimum qualifications include:
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams.
- Deep understanding of multi-channel digital strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and funnel optimization.
- Expertise in marketing automation, CRM platforms, and performance marketing tools.
