Betsson Group is seeking a Senior MLOps Engineer to bridge the gap between data science and production operations. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure machine learning models are effectively deployed, monitored, and maintained in a scalable and secure environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing, building, and maintaining robust MLOps pipelines for continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of ML models.
  • Collaborating with data scientists, data engineers, and DevOps teams to implement best practices for model lifecycle management.
  • Optimizing model training, deployment, and inference processes for performance and cost-efficiency.
  • Implementing monitoring systems to track the performance and reliability of deployed models.
  • Ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements for machine learning solutions.
  • Automating workflows and managing infrastructure for large-scale machine learning projects.
  • Contributing to the development of reusable frameworks and tools to accelerate machine learning adoption across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in MLOps, DevOps, or a similar role in a production environment.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience in ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Strong understanding of data engineering workflows and tools (e.g., Apache Spark, Kafka, or Airflow).
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
  • Knowledge of model versioning and reproducibility tools such as MLflow or DVC is a plus.
