Critical Mass is seeking a Freelance Senior Designer to enhance email marketing efforts. The Senior Designer will collaborate with creative, technology, and marketing teams to integrate email campaigns into broader user experience strategies. This role demands a strong understanding of brand principles and systematic design rationale. The position is based onsite in Cupertino, requiring 5 days per week presence.Role involves:

• Leading the design and development of marketing and transactional email communications.
• Ensuring consistency with brand standards and high design quality.
• Collaborating with marketing teams to integrate email campaigns.
• Presenting design work to stakeholders.
• Maintaining pixel perfection in all email communications.
• Working within an established design system.
• Partnering with copywriters for a unified design aesthetic.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a senior-level designer with a focus on email design.
• Expertise in email design best practices, including responsive design and accessibility.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of typography and brand standards.
