Job Description

Critical Mass is seeking a Senior Designer, Experience to join their team in Vancouver. The Senior Designer will be responsible for developing marketing campaigns for new product launches, working closely with creative and tech teams to create design solutions for the client's homepage and other platforms. They should understand brand principles and style guidelines and appreciate systematic design rationale.Role involves:

• Creating original designs aligned with project goals.
• Collaborating with Art Directors and the project team.
• Solving potential design challenges.
• Preparing files and presentation materials for creative reviews.
• Presenting design rationale for project solutions.
• Consulting with technical disciplines to ensure designs work within limitations.
• Reviewing final deliverables for flawless execution.
• Refining design thinking and improving workflows.

Requirements:

• 4-7+ years of experience in visual design for web, mobile, and/or app design.
• High proficiency in design elements.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Photoshop, Figma and Sketch expertise.
• Reliable judgment and initiative.
• Passion for nurturing relationships and mentoring teams.
• Clear communication and presentation skills.
• Prototyping ability.
• Strong understanding of web development technologies.
