Betsson Group is seeking a Data Tracking Engineer to enhance their front-end data tracking solutions within the Brand Experience team. This role is crucial for improving the product offering and expanding the company's portfolio across various brands and markets. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the latest technologies and capable of handling company-critical responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage tracking and analytics solutions using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics (GA).
  • Collaborate with front-end development and marketing teams for seamless data integration.
  • Ensure tracking configurations are scalable and aligned with analytics best practices.
  • Develop an understanding of business data needs and ensure front-end code meets tracking requirements.
  • Debug and troubleshoot tracking issues, understanding cookie timing and variable availability.

Requirements:

  • Solid front-end experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Deep understanding of tracking and analytics tools.
  • Experience with Attribution Modelling.
  • Hands-on debugging skills using browser developer tools.
  • Familiarity with data-driven decision making and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau).
  • SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
