Cultivation Agent - Indoor Veg

Job Description

Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Agent for their facility in Lincoln, IL. The Cultivation Agent will be responsible for on-site cultivation of medical cannabis gardens, monitoring plant production and health, and maintaining quality control measures. This role involves day-to-day plant care, including watering, pruning, and trimming, in accordance with regulations and Cresco Labs standards.

Responsibilities:

• Measuring and mixing nutrient and plant applications.
• Ensuring plant health through pruning, topping, and trimming.
• Assisting with strain rotation.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the cultivation facility and equipment.
• Tracking plants and documenting activities.

Requirements:

• Two years of experience in general production, preferably in a regulated field producing for human consumption.
• Effective time-management skills.
• Ability to work in varying indoor and greenhouse climates.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
