Manufacturing (Lab) Technician I

Job Description

Cresco Labs is seeking a Lab Technician I for their facility in Marshall, MI. This role involves assisting in product processing and formulation, maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of production areas, and adhering to quality control measures. The Lab Technician will also be responsible for prepping and packaging products.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Cresco Labs extraction.
• Processing of product in accordance with regulations and Cresco Labs standards.
• Ensuring consistency and efficacy of product through quality control testing.
• Product processing and product formulation.
• Lab bench work and product filtrations.
• Performing data entry and documentation tasks in adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Cleaning and sanitizing production equipment and tools.

Requirements:

• Two (2) years of experience working in a laboratory setting that follows strict health and safety protocols; or any satisfactory combination of training and experience that clearly demonstrates the ability to perform the essential duties of the role.
• Past experience in a highly regulated field producing pharmaceutical or nutraceutical products preferred.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Flexibility to adjust work schedule based on business needs, including occasional weekend shifts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
• Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
