Order Fulfillment Agent - 2nd Shift

Job Description

Cresco Labs, a large, vertically integrated, multistate cannabis operator, is seeking an Order Fulfillment Agent for its Joliet, IL facility. The Order Fulfillment Agent will be responsible for picking, processing, and packaging customer orders accurately and in accordance with Cresco's quality standards and state regulations. This role involves working closely with Order Fulfillment Lead agents to ensure order accuracy and completeness.

Responsibilities:

• Applying labels to all products for shipment.
• Confirming packaging and marketing labels are correct on finished goods.
• Confirming products’ unit counts and labels match dispensary manifests.
• Staging, packing, and sealing all finished orders for delivery.
• Weighing and recording packages gross weight prior to shipment.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure.
• Well organized and ability to keep deadlines.
• Works well with all peers.
• Effective communication skills.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
• Basic Excel, Word, and general computer knowledge.
• Must be 21 years of age or older to apply.
• Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
