VGW, an interactive entertainment company, is seeking an Account Executive to join their team in Toronto. The Account Executive will manage a portfolio of top-tier customers, ensuring they receive an exceptional experience and customer care. The ideal candidate will anticipate customer needs and exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategically develop and retain a portfolio of high-value clients.
  • Communicate regularly with clients via phone and email to build personal relationships.
  • Offer personalized incentives and exclusive rewards to engage clients and build brand loyalty.
  • Utilize operational tools and analytics to meet and exceed established KPIs.
  • Demonstrate strong financial and business knowledge through portfolio and player P&L analysis.
  • Proactively communicate new features and games to relevant clients.
  • Educate customers on updates and campaign offers to increase lifetime value.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years demonstrated account management experience (B2B or B2C).
  • 2-4 years experience achieving and exceeding business targets and objectives.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness at developing and retaining high-value level relationships.
  • Demonstrated proficiency using various software and technology platforms, including CRM database management experience (Salesforce, Tableau etc.)
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
