iCapital is seeking an Alternatives, Operational Due Diligence Analyst to join their team in Salt Lake City. The role involves conducting operational due diligence on prospective and current investments, focusing on private equity, private credit, hedge funds, and real assets. The analyst will identify, evaluate, and mitigate operational risks, prepare detailed reports, and monitor fund managers for compliance. They will also collaborate with Investment, Legal, and Compliance teams.
Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive operational due diligence.
- Assess external fund managers.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks.
- Prepare and present detailed reports.
- Perform ongoing monitoring of fund managers.
- Engage in ad-hoc projects.
- Work closely with various teams.
- Stay abreast of industry trends.
- Mentor and train junior members.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, accounting, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
- 6-15 years of experience in operational due diligence, risk management, internal audit, or a related field.
