iCapital is seeking a Vice President, Operational Due Diligence Analyst to join their Research and Education team. The candidate will oversee and conduct operational due diligence on prospective and current hedge fund investments. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical and communication skills to effectively convey complex findings.Responsibilities include:

• Conducting operational due diligence on investment opportunities.
• Identifying and mitigating operational risks.
• Preparing detailed due diligence reports.
• Monitoring fund managers for compliance.
• Supporting the Alternatives platform through ad-hoc projects.
• Collaborating with Investment, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, accounting, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in operational due diligence, with 5-7 years in hedge funds.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
