Partner Solutions Engineer

Job Description

Vercel is seeking a Senior Partner Solutions Engineer to join its partnerships team. This role involves leading technical engagements with solution and product partners, identifying growth opportunities, and executing plans that deliver business impact. The Partner Solutions Engineer will collaborate with partner engineering, sales, and product teams to increase the adoption of Vercel's products and build strong technical relationships.Role involves:

• Serving as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor to key partners.
• Identifying strategic opportunities for partnership collaboration.
• Aligning technical roadmaps, integrations, and ecosystem strategies.
• Creating and delivering technical enablement on Next.js and Vercel best practices.
• Supporting partner engineering teams in building and launching frontend applications on Vercel.
• Collaborating with sales teams and providing technical support to prospects and customers.
• Performing technical audits of frontend applications.
• Building Next.js templates and demos.
• Presenting technical workshops and demonstrations.
• Championing DevRel initiatives.

Requirements:

• Passionate about building first-class user experiences on the web.
• Strong understanding of web architecture, frontend development, and serverless computing.
• 4+ years of experience as a solutions engineer.
• 6+ years of experience building and launching frontend applications using Next.js or React.
• Experience building and launching digital storefronts that integrated enterprise ecommerce platforms.
• Experienced in developer relations.
• Results-driven mindset.
• Comfortable working with remote, globally distributed cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience driving the adoption of web technology or previous pre-sales experience.
• Able to travel 20% of the time.
