Job Description
Healthie is seeking a Senior Support Representative to join their customer support team. This is a remote position based in the PST time zone. The Senior Support Representative will provide product support and after-sales follow-through to Healthie’s customers, primarily via email. They will troubleshoot potential bugs, document feature requests, analyze customer data, and help customers get started with the product. The role also involves occasional phone support. Healthie values hands-on, human-led support and is not planning to implement AI in their support processes.

Role Involves:

Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in customer-facing roles at a SaaS business.
  • Confidence with queue work.
  • Strong understanding of single sign-on, billing and invoicing, modern browsers, mobile operating systems, email deliverability, and DNS records.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Organized and self-directed.
  • Great problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with tools like Help Scout, Stripe, Sendgrid, Mixpanel, Shortcut, and Sumo Logic.
  • U.S. work authorization.
  • Fluent English speaker/writer.

Healthie Offers:
  • A full-time, remote position.
  • Salary range of $70,000 - $93,000.
