Job Description
OpenTable is seeking a Manager, Revenue Strategy & Operations to support sales and services initiatives in North America. This role involves analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing strategic recommendations. The Manager will collaborate with various departments, including executive leadership, sales, learning and development, data analytics, and finance. The ideal candidate should have experience with SQL, BI tools, and Salesforce, along with strong communication and project management skills.
Role involves:
- Delivering sophisticated analytics to support global Sales and Services decisions
- Leading and mentoring a lean team of analysts supporting sales leadership
- Preparing and presenting data analysis for audiences ranging from field sales members to senior leadership
- Building and maintaining financial models, forecasts and dashboards for various business scenarios
- Collaborating with sales and services leads to deliver data-driven strategic recommendations to drive business growth
Requirements:
- 2+ years people management experience
- 5+ years of experience in an analytics role with strategy or operations experience preferred
- Strong SQL skills + experience with design and development of ETL processes a plus
- Experience with Snowflake or any other relational database
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Superset, Power BI for building self serve dashboards
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills required
