Resident Home is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and achieve business goals. What this role involves: - Translating organizational goals into actionable sales strategies.
- Monitoring KPIs such as conversion rate, AOV, and CSAT.
- Providing hands-on coaching to refine sales techniques.
- Mentoring Sales Supervisors and Leads.
- Designing and executing sales enablement initiatives.
- Partnering with BPO, Marketing, Operations, CX, and Product teams.
- Acting as a liaison between frontline sales and executive leadership.
- Using performance data to identify coaching opportunities.
- Providing accurate sales forecasts and growth strategies.
Requirements: - 3+ years of sales leadership experience.
- Proven success in driving sales targets and scaling teams.
- Strong grasp of sales performance metrics.
- Demonstrated excellence in coaching and mentoring.
- Expertise in consultative selling.
- Experience in DTC, e-commerce, or startup environments is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
