Job Description
Resident Home is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and achieve business goals. What this role involves:
  • Translating organizational goals into actionable sales strategies.
  • Monitoring KPIs such as conversion rate, AOV, and CSAT.
  • Providing hands-on coaching to refine sales techniques.
  • Mentoring Sales Supervisors and Leads.
  • Designing and executing sales enablement initiatives.
  • Partnering with BPO, Marketing, Operations, CX, and Product teams.
  • Acting as a liaison between frontline sales and executive leadership.
  • Using performance data to identify coaching opportunities.
  • Providing accurate sales forecasts and growth strategies.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience.
  • Proven success in driving sales targets and scaling teams.
  • Strong grasp of sales performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated excellence in coaching and mentoring.
  • Expertise in consultative selling.
  • Experience in DTC, e-commerce, or startup environments is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
