Job Description
Mozilla Corporation is seeking a Senior Application Engineer to join their IT team. This role involves supporting SaaS tools and defining requirements for integrations and automation across the enterprise application stack. The ideal candidate will translate business challenges into technical solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

What this role involves:
  • Partnering with business and technical teams to define and document requirements.
  • Translating complex business needs into actionable technical specifications.
  • Supporting and optimizing key enterprise platforms like Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Confluence, and Zoom.
  • Assisting in the evaluation, deployment, and configuration of SaaS tools.
  • Coordinating with development and operations teams for effective tool integration.
  • Monitoring application health and user feedback to drive improvements.
  • Contributing to internal knowledge bases and documentation.
  • Staying updated with industry trends and recommending adoption and innovation.
  • Working independently and collaboratively in a remote-friendly environment.
  • Identifying and presenting innovative ideas aligned with customer needs and Mozilla’s standards.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience supporting and leading SaaS applications in organizations with 1,000+ users.
  • Deep expertise in Google Workspace administration, Slack, and other collaboration platforms.
  • Proven ability to assemble, document, and translate technical requirements.
  • Familiarity with API-based integration concepts and platforms.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proactive, collaborative approach and a passion for enabling efficient systems.
