Job Description
Two Six Technologies is seeking a Director of Strategic Growth to lead its expansion in Europe. This role focuses on driving strategic growth of the product portfolio by focusing on sales to U.S. National Security organizations in Europe, NATO, FVEYs partners, and other European Allied entities. The Director will achieve this through direct customer engagement and leveraging key partnerships. Success will be measured by Product Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth and positive customer impact.Role involves:
- Identifying key areas for growth and collaboration.
- Understanding customer requirements and technology innovation.
- Implementing a programmatic approach to identify opportunities and generate new leads.
- Managing complex sales cycles and driving deals to closure.
- Building long-lasting relationships with prospective customers and partners.
- Navigating procurement, budget, and funding processes.
- Collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions for the European market.
- Meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets and quotas.
- Providing accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of related experience working with DOD and/or European Allied organizations.
- Strong motivation to solve critical challenges for customers.
- Existing network within U.S. DOD organizations in Europe and/or European Allied entities.
- Experience with product and technology solutions relevant to defense and intelligence.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to drive adoption of innovative products.
- Deep understanding of U.S. Federal procurement and contracting processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
