He will use the newest technology to develop highly scalable and resilient applications, and facilitate their safe and rapid deployment to users.
Role Involves:
- People management, mentoring and coaching developers.
- Taking part in recruiting and onboarding.
- Performance reviews and personal development planning.
- Collaboration with Product Managers, Architects, and Stakeholders.
- Software development using modern best practices.
- Participating in decision-making for application architecture and code review.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Experience managing teams of software engineers.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Agile mindset and business goals orientation.
- Excellent knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
