Betsson Group is seeking a Backend Engineering Team Lead to lead a team in Stockholm. The ideal candidate will drive team performance, promote a positive culture, and actively participate in developing next-generation Engagement products for the iGaming industry. He will use the newest technology to develop highly scalable and resilient applications, and facilitate their safe and rapid deployment to users.
Role Involves:
- People management, mentoring and coaching developers.
- Taking part in recruiting and onboarding.
- Performance reviews and personal development planning.
- Collaboration with Product Managers, Architects, and Stakeholders.
- Software development using modern best practices.
- Participating in decision-making for application architecture and code review.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Experience managing teams of software engineers.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Agile mindset and business goals orientation.
- Excellent knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
