Job Description

C6 Bank is seeking a Generative AI Development Specialist to play a strategic role in advancing their technology. The specialist will lead projects that shape the future of C6 Assistant, C6 Bank's generative AI assistant, which transforms the banking experience for over 35 million customers. They will also contribute to building the LLMOps platform and initiatives focused on operational efficiency.This role involves:

• Developing end-to-end Generative AI solutions.
• Leading or supporting the creation of copilots, automations, and assistants for clients and internal areas.
• Evolving the LLMOps platform with a focus on scalability, governance, traceability, and security.
• Collaborating with architecture, engineering, product, and operations teams on integrated solutions.
• Establishing CI/CD best practices for Generative AI in on-premise and cloud environments.
• Investigating the causes of failures and incidents, proposing corrections and structural improvements.
• Promoting technical best practices, code review, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements include:

• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, embeddings, and NLP.
• Proficiency in Python and libraries such as LangChain and Transformers.
• Mastery of advanced RAG techniques.
• Experience with Git and relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience in Data Science applied to unstructured data.
• Experience with LLMOps tools, pipelines, and model monitoring.
