Betsson Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gaming Team Lead to manage a team of talented engineers in Stockholm. The Team Lead will be responsible for team performance, fostering a positive team spirit, and supporting individual career development. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, actively participating in team activities and contributing to the development process.

Role Involves:

• People management, including motivation, recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews, and personal development planning.
• Close communication with Product Owners, Architects, and stakeholders.
• Product development to meet business needs.
• Proactive participation in solution development and process improvements.
• Taking part in decision-making for application architecture.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• 1+ year of management experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Agile methodology.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and ASP.NET. Experience:
