Job Description
Truecaller, a leading caller ID and spam-blocking service, is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to join their Growth Hacking team in Stockholm, Sweden. This role involves managing and leading a team focused on product-led growth, user base expansion, engagement enhancement, and revenue boosting. The ideal candidate will influence product priorities, mentor engineers, and establish best practices across the engineering team.

Role Involves:

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager or technical leader.
  • 10+ years of experience in Android development.
  • Experience with coaching, mentoring, or managing teams of 5+ engineers.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Strong passion for enhancing user experiences and contributing to product strategy.
  • Solid understanding of the Android SDK.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs.
  • Proficiency in Kotlin, Coroutines, and Dependency Injection.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
