Job Description
Security Compass is seeking an Account Executive, Training to join their Sales Team in North America. This role involves selling training products and solutions within assigned accounts and reporting to the Director of Sales. The company is remote-first and open to candidates across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
Responsibilities: - Hunting for new logos within Mid-Market and Enterprise Accounts.
- Driving growth and renewals with existing small/mid-size training customers.
- Managing the end-to-end software sales process using the MEDDPICC framework.
- Packaging training software and support to maximize customer value.
- Driving prospecting efforts through cold-calling, relationships, and marketing programs.
- Forecasting against monthly sales targets and reporting progress.
- Developing and driving a business plan for assigned accounts.
- Traveling to customer sites, Toronto Headquarters, and tradeshows (approximately 15%).
Requirements: - Demonstrated business acumen and value-based sales approach.
- A proven hunter mentality for building pipeline and engaging new customers.
- 2+ years of B2B Sales experience to Fortune 1000 companies.
- Proven track record of exceeding quota requirements.
- Strategic sales experience selling to management levels.
- Experience with MEDDPICC.
- Collaborative, team-player mindset.
- Experience in application security is an asset.
- Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, and ZoomInfo is an asset.
