Axon is seeking a Commercial Operations Analyst to support its Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams. This role is crucial for executing post-contract amendments and ensuring a world-class customer experience. The analyst will work with various internal teams and directly with customers to resolve queries and contract disputes.
Researching customer contracts and reconciling invoicing activity.
Managing the end-to-end contract adjustment process.
Leading calls with customers to understand their requests and propose solutions.
Ensuring accurate reflection of post-contract events in Axon’s systems.
Collaborating with Commercial Controllership, Order Processing, and Accounts Receivable.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
3-5 years experience in sales operations, quoting, pricing, or commercial finance role.
