Job Description
Axon is seeking a Commercial Operations Analyst to support its Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams. This role is crucial for executing post-contract amendments and ensuring a smooth post-sales experience for customers. The Commercial Operations Analyst will gain a deep understanding of customer contractual arrangements and purchasing history to determine the best course of action.He/she will primarily work in Salesforce CPQ, leveraging Excel, Sigma Computing reporting, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP to ensure accuracy and comprehensive results. The analyst will present amendment solutions to internal stakeholders and customers in accordance with ASC 606 and company policies. This position reports to the Commercial Operations Manager.
Responsibilities: - Become a Subject Matter Expert in Axon's products and bundles.
- Research customer contracts and reconcile customer invoicing activity.
- Own the end-to-end contract adjustment process.
- Lead calls with customers to understand their requests and propose solutions.
- Ensure that post-contract invoicing and fulfillment events are properly reflected in Axon’s internal systems.
- Work closely with business partners across Commercial Controllership, Order Processing, and Accounts Receivable.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years experience in sales operations, quoting, pricing, or commercial finance role.
- Ability to research and organize financial data.
- Salesforce.com CRM platform experience (CPQ preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Excel.
- Clear and concise written & verbal communication.
- Strong analytical skills.
