Job Description
Axon is seeking a Commercial Operations Analyst to support its Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams. The analyst will play a crucial role in executing post-contract amendments to enhance the customer's post-sales experience. This position reports to the Commercial Operations Manager.
Role involves:
  • Becoming a Subject Matter Expert in Axon's products.
  • Researching customer contracts and reconciling invoicing activity.
  • Owning the end-to-end contract adjustment process.
  • Leading calls with customers to propose solutions.
  • Ensuring accurate reflection of post-contract events in internal systems.
  • Collaborating with Commercial Controllership, Order Processing, and Accounts Receivable.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years experience in sales operations, quoting, pricing, or commercial finance role.
  • Ability to research and organize financial data.
  • Salesforce.com CRM platform experience (CPQ preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Teamwork and collaboration-oriented.
